We enjoyed brunch here on way back to Denver airport from Estes Park. All menu items looked incredible and fresh. Restaurant owners utilize local farm eggs and produce for phenomenal omelet. Tasty spicy bloody Mary and fresh squeezed OJ. Hubby enjoyed lox platter with bagel, cream cheese, salmon, pickled red onions, capers. Relaxed atmosphere in refurbished saloon. AND the truffle fries. Crispy, thin, trufflicious!!! Eat here !!!

We always drive straight through Lyons between Denver and Estes Park and never stopped, but this time we did after checking TripAdvisor and seeing the high ratings at this restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious. Downsides - parking is very limited, service a bit slow, and food is expensive - but frankly we would come again.

We enjoyed a terrific lunch at Lyons Fork and sat outside. We asked to be moved as the first table at which we sat was under the blazing sun with no umbrella and the bench was actually burning. They need to get an umbrella for the outdoor area.
Our waiter was friendly and helpful and the menu was creative and fun. While the chilaquiles I ordered were tasty and wonderful, be aware that they are not traditional ones as the chips were not softened/cooked in the sauce and the cheese was minimally added. My husband had a delicious pork belly BLT sandwich and another member of our party enjoyed a perfectly prepared burger. The beer selection was good as well. We would definitely go back here if we are ever in the area again.

My wife and a friend stopped in for margaritas. They were delicious~ We sat around and chatted and looked at the art. It was nice.

We were here for breakfast. Food was fantastic, location is beautiful, our waiter was very nice. But it took almost a hour for us to get our food after ordering.
