Perfection at every turn. The food is remarkable. Haven't tasted a complexity of flavors like this since visiting Santa Fe. The saffron rice is delectable. Kudos to the landscape & building architect, as well as the interior designer. I wish we didn't live so far away. Pats on the back to all including the wait staff. The photo does not do justice.

One of our top go to restaurants in Manitou Springs, great food and service. Very cool building with great inside and outside seating.

This restaurant has been around a long time because of the attention to quality food and service. I had the beef enchilada with green chili sauce. If you like Margherita's this is the place to go. Be careful because they pack a big punch. They also have outdoor seating weather permitting.

The food is fresh. The guacamole is excellent. The salsa has a distinct flavor, possibly cumin. It's a bit pricey. $50 with tip for the two of us, and that's just us drinking tea. It just depends on your taste whether you'll like it, but the guac is top notch, so if you go, try that.

I'm so glad you enjoyed our guacamole and your meal. Our commitment to using fresh and high-quality ingredients does mean our prices might be a bit more but I hope our flavors made up for it.

Thanks,
Justin A., Owner

Service was a little slow but they were just gearing up for supper so to be expected. The Happy Hour Margarita's made it worth the wait. Loved the Fish Tacos and hubby enjoyed his Spinach Mushrom Enchilada.
This used to be the Mission Bell Inn which was one of our favorite restaurants. Still good under new ownership.

I'm thrilled that those margaritas and fish tacos made up for the wait! We apologize for any delay, but I'm glad it didn't impact your overall experience with us. We'd love to welcome you back around here again anytime!
