First time fondue diner and I was skeptical. Remember this name- Calvin Carter! His level of service coupled with fresh, delicious, well prepared cuisine and suggested pairings of wine gave levels of satisfaction that remain unmeasured! Salad was Fresh! Brie cheese course on the mark! Elk, Bison, Duck, Boar sausage, Bratwurst, Shrimp, Salmon, Trout and Teriyaki Steak all succulent and filling! The Flaming Turtle Chocolate course definitely brought the dining experience to new levels!! To top it all off the house suggested wine pairings were spot on.
