We stayed in the Champagne Lodge (3209) which is a 3/3 for 6 nights. Location is great, easy to get to shuttle as well as some restaurants and the Wild Plum store (within easy walking distance). The condo was well maintained and we had plenty of room for our family of 5. We were in Steamboat for a family reunion and hosted dinner one evening for everyone (25 people) and actually did not feel super crowded. There is a porch that comfortably seats 6 people and overlooks one of the pools (unit is on 2nd floor). Large kitchen table seats 8 and there is an extra leaf which we didn't even need. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and the other has a queen. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious with plenty of room for storage. If you were coming in the winter there is a storage closet in the covered garage as well as upstairs for your ski supplies. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies including a crock pot which was helpful.

My cousin recently got married in Steamboat and most of the wedding guests stayed at Trappeur's Crossing. It was a great location for multiple families. We had a four bedroom condo and 10 of us stayed comfortably in it. We had an additional pull out sofa for the extra 2 people. We had a great outdoor set up with a hot tub, fire place and grill. Each building seemed to have it's own pool as well. The pool at the main building was a great place for all of our groups to get together as well. We only saw staff in the main building at check-in and when we stopped by the lobby for coffee, but they were always friendly and helpful. We only stayed three nights, so didn't have housekeeping service, so cannot comment on that. We just ran out of clean towels at one point and someone from the resort brought us a huge clean supply a few hours later. It would have been nice if the kitchen had small things like salt & pepper as we ended up making quite a few meals at the condo for our large group. The free parking provided was plentiful and nearby to our building. I think we actually just had one assigned spot for our entire unit that was in the building. All-in-all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this resort or to stay again while visiting Steamboat.

We stayed in trappers crossing while in steamboat. The facility is great for families and friends. It was nice and quite. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms let everyone have their own space. Look up unit 1206 in trappers lodge. Great place.

This was a great resort. At the main lobby they would have hot chocolate ready in the afternoon which was great after a long day out in the snow. There was a shuttle bus that would pick you up at the main lobby and carry you to the ski slopes.A heated pool was on the property but we never used it and also lockers to store your skis instead of inside the condo. Our condo was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

It is great to hear that you will be back to Trappeur’s Crossing. Thank you for your review of the property and the amenities here at Trappeur’s. The ski lockers for each unit allow for easy storage outside of the condominium in a secure setting. Our shuttle service is an amenity that brings our guests and owners to the ski area and town in an efficient and timely manner. We are also happy to hear that the afternoon snacks fit the bill after a long day of skiing. Give us a call and book your next winter’s vacation – we look forward to being of service.

We had an excellent experience. We stayed in a 3bedroom Aspen Condo. The condo was well decorated and clean. We enjoyed the balcony and the hot tub right below. The shuttle service the condo offers free of charge was perfect. We didn't need a car during our stay. They offered both a ski shuttle and a in town shuttle that would take you anywhere and pick you up in a timely manner. Our family will be back in the near future. It was one of the best ski trips I have taken. Next year, we will fly direct into Hayden, CO. We love steamboat!

We had a great week-long stay in a five-bedroom unit in Emerald Lodge. Deck and Weber grill very good for outdoor cooking -- and great view of beautiful lighted trees all around the property. Pool and hot tub are good and uber convenient. Parking is terrific and the shuttle service is superb -- even includes speedy and reliable on-demand service. Three moose even spent a day camped out right below our deck on the front lawn of Emerald Lodge! Would definitely stay at this property again.
