This is a cute local bar with so much potential, BUT the bartender is just so nasty you have to avoid. He must not like to serve people. Some good beers on tap, but drinks are pricey and not prepared well. Plenty of other options for a drink in Telluride.

Lots of beer on tap and good selection. They have wine and drinks. The bartenders are super cool and it's a nice vibe. Not very big, so get there early and sit at the bar.

The Last dollar is a great bar. It is not a great dive bar, like many reviews and people would say it is. It's more cowboy-ish. Don't get me wrong, it's a great place to get a drink and wait for your table at Brown Dog. Just have your expectations right.

The bar tenders at the Last Dollar were all extremely friendly and pleasant, unlike most ski town bar tenders. This was extremely refreshing and made you feel welcome. Will come back!

If you like to self serve ,this bar is for you! You have to go to the bar for any kind of service. Even tho they have tables,no one will come out to take orders. One person for the whole bar. So if your a drinker at the bar ,it's okay

The blackboard sign out front announcing happy hour 2-5 pm made me stop in my tracks as I was more than willing to be happy before 5pm. This bar has been around quite awhile and the bartender thought the building may have been a brothel at one time.
No food is offered so I had a couple of beers I liked for lunch instead. Just locals hanging at the bar at that time. It's also cash only. Thought it was an interesting stop as I like these kind of places.

Hello from the Last Dollar - a couple small clarifications...the bar was opened in 1899 as the National Club Saloon, one of the preeminent gambling saloons in town at the time. It's been the Last Dollar Saloon for the past 39 years. We are not cash only, credit cards are welcome. Thanks for coming!
