We really feel now that we are part of the family! we have been here now many times! this hotel is quaint and very homely but at the same time very classic rooms and with very warm service. The best rooms are the deluxe rooms. Breakfast is set and simple but enough!

Room Tip: Best rooms are the deluxe rooms

Had a quick two nights here with friends.

Check in and check out was easy and friendly. Staff looked after bags for free until a later taxi which was great.

rooms where nice a big, quite clean and rustic.

the free breakfast was basic but very nice with a good choice.

Pool area is small but nice, pool is VERY cold which is great in the heat of the day.

No elevator to the top floor was a bit much, but overall very good and would stay again

Room Tip: Ground floor or low floor as no elevator.

I stayed there a while ago for many times , the place is near Jomtien and that's a quiet area instead you stay @ 2nd road . You can hire a scooter or taxi's to shop near 2nd road . Just the " swimming " pool is small . friendly staff and good food .

Room Tip: check the website , the rooms are exactly as on the site .

Stayed here for 2 nights as was doing scuba diving with a local shop. I booked the deluxe room which was very large and felt like my own apartment - open plan living, dining, kitchen area and bedroom can be curtained/screened off, if necessary. Was impressed with the size.

Styling was quite nice (which was one of the reasons I picked this place) but the finish isn't high quality. Big gaps in floor tiles and pebbled bathroom floors made walking with bare feet a bit painfull plus it was also quite slippery on the floors (again bare feet), especially the wooden frame around the bed. If I could change one thing, I'd get rid of the concrete bath tub as it just doesn't look nice and isn't practical as there is no shower hose and no one would really want to bathe in that. Generally clean though a bit dusty here and there.

I saw many reviews about a "rude manager" and although she may be a bit introverted, she was absolutely lovely, smiled and was not rude at all. So without knowing the details of all those other reviews, I don't have anything bad about her or her staff to say.

Breakfast started at 7:30am but I never tried it as I had to leave by then for my dive, so no comments. But in room, they provided 2 complimentary bottles of water each day and had my own kitchenette, fridge (no microwave) and the location is on a side street. I tried room service once and that was fine. The menu looks the same as the restaurant opposite the hotel.

Location is great. I was a lone-male, so got pestered a bit by the massage shops but if you just keep walking they'll ignore you. But the main beach road is less than 3 minutes away and you'll find 7elevens and all sorts of shops and restaurants.

If the prices remain reasonable, I'd certainly consider staying here again.

Room Tip: Big rooms are really spacious and don't cost that much more
