We tried a dozen restaurants in Vail and this one was definitely one of the better brunch/breakfast places. First reasonable and second great food. Only complaint would be that it's small and seating is VERY limited.

Big Bear is small and busy and popular with locals. The food is excellent, for lunch, although breakfast and apres' are terrific too. Very reasonable prices.

This is a pleasant place with good food. I had a ham and cheddar burrito and my husband had an omelet. We were both happy with our choices. We ordered at the counter and they brought the food to us at our table. It is a small restaurant with an outdoor patio.

My husband had a goat cheese omelette which he loved and I had a croissant with sausage and cheese which was okay. Their coffee and lattes were also good.

We went to many places to get coffee while in Vail and this was our favorite. The inside is adorable and they offer many other items besides coffee. The staff was super friendly as well!
