I got the breakfast burrito which wasn’t my favorite. It was on the bland side. The side of bacon was fantastic. Girlfriend got the chunky monkey which she loved. Coffee was good and the service was great. I will be back to try more things on the menu

The breakfast was fantastic. The place was packed with people waiting outside. From ordering food to it showing up on the table was less than 5 minutes. Jason, our waiter, was the best waiter we had throughout Vail. Thank you

We went to The Little Diner the first time because Trip Advisor recommended them. Then we went back every other day of our trip because it deserves its reputation as the top breakfast spot in Vail. The menu selection could not be wider and service was prompt and efficient. Both counter and table seating are available. The place was packed each time we visited, but they have a very efficient sign-in, cell phone call-back system that helped us be seated quite quickly. We never waited as long as the initial estimate, never more than 15 minutes. With their cell phone system, you can wander around the Vail Village and know when to return for your seating. You will not be disappointed no matter what you order. We were particularly impressed that they had fresh squeezed grapefruit juice among many other offerings.

This place is a bit hard to find, and so popular we couldn't get in the first time we tried. We returned the following day (never underestimate a determined eleven year old) and allowed time to wait. His omelet was made to his exact specifications, the adult who ordered the apple pie a la mode crepe actually finished the ENTIRE thing—and it was huge. We ordered the vegan impossible burgers, which were very good. To even find an impossible burger on a menu is a rare treat for me. I will return next time I'm in Vail.

Quaint little diner, kinda hidden away in Lionshead. Huge menu and breakfast is served all day. I had an omelet and didn’t get close to finishing, great hash browns, huge portions, reasonable prices for Vail. Table service is a wee bit slow, probably a bit faster at the counter. Best iced tea I’ve had in ages. Wasn’t hungry the rest of the day.
