This place doesn't look like much when you walk in. But the food and service are very good. Another big plus is you get your own coffee and refills plus one for the road!

We stopped here because it is close to the RV campground we stayed at. What a great find! It is large but quaint and the breakfast menu is extensive. You get your own coffee which helps free up the wait staff to deliver delicious plates of food.
The pancakes are huge so only order two unless you want to share. I had the hocus pocus which was a healthy low fat version of eggs benedict. The poached eggs were perfectly done!

Love their self serve coffee and tea--organic dark roast, flavored decaf; and twining tea! Somewhere In Time is all about the customers. The staff are super friendly, the food is great, and the atmosphere is quaint and comfortable. It's our new favorite breakfast spot in CT.

This place is very good both for breakfast and lunch we eat here often and oftentimes there is a wait but usually not too bad and worth the wait.

This restaurant is a little over a mile from where I was staying. And came highly recommended. So...I went the first morning. And then again the second. And today, the third time. Had something different each time and loved them all. The breakfast entrees included very good home fries and wonderful sourdough bread (my choice of several options). Service is good, friendly, and snappy. They work as a team and pull it off very well. The entrees, which were more than enough for any one hungry person, ran about $8.50-8.75 with an outlier or two above that.

Many of the tables inside are old kitchenette tables. A little "retro" look. And there are a few tables outside as well.

THEY DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS but do have an ATM.

And a GPS would be helpful (anywhere driving the backroads of Connecticut!
