Their cashier Kaye seem to be very unhappy with her job that she did not bother to be discreet about her hatred towards her job and customers.

She is rude and unaccomodating, that it totally ruins the whole Santis experience.

I will never ever go back to Santis Silang! They have the worst customer service ever!

I've gone to both branches in close proximity to Tagaytay -- had some bread, gourmet sausages and wine at Silang branch (along Aguinaldo Highway) and bought some food to-go (fresh cherries and a few other gourmet snacks) at the Twin Lakes, Laurel Batangas branch (along Tagaytay-Nasugbu Rd).

If you're dining with a senior citizen, have them order a separate order so you can fairly avail of the mandatory discount privilege. If the elderly offered the food for sampling of the group, the senior citizen discount automatically gets computed as a fraction which the discount would only apply to. Santi's is crazy pricey so this kinda matters.

I didn't like the experience we had at Santi's Twin Lakes. The staff were obviously sizing us up since we walked in with very casual wear perhaps thinking we won't be able to afford anything in the deli. They were unattentive to our queries although we were the only customers in the shop at that time.

we were 11 for a late lunch. service was shockingly slow and there was nothing you could do to get the four girls and two chefs to move any faster. none of them smiled - they seemed so bored with their jobs, which is unfortunate as this is all about customer relations, repeat visits, and word of mouth. and finally BEWARE! they don't tell you that plating something for the deli costs 30% more. i asked for 100 grams each of pecorino and manchego to be served at the table. first of all, they gave me 164 grams of one and 135 grams of another, and said it was "difficult" to get 100 grams - but 35-65% more? and then they only disclosed flippantly when i was paying that it was 30% more to plate with a sprig of lettuce. service has gone way down!

and they don't give a senior discount if you buy cheese and other "discountables". wonder if that is legal...
