We used to live just up the street and came here often for lunch/brunch on the weekends. It is conveniently situated next to Beer'd Nano Brewery and just off the Stonington (winter) farmer's market. As such, there, might just be a wait on Saturdays.

Their menu staples are the paninis, the Pit(zza) on Pita, and of course their well curated affordable beverage selection. There is a daily raw bar menu revolving around local seafood that we love. Other specialties are their pickled eggs and fancy bloody mary's.

We knew we were in trouble when we realized that we could order takeout.

If you like edamame, you must try the feta, cranberry edamame salad.

The service is excellent as always.

We had a number of sandwiches off the menu, Panini's and some soup. Everything was absolutely fabulous. The portion sizes were very large and the service was good. Definitely check it out you'll enjoy it.

An absolute must for lunch or dinner! The Food is outstanding! Chef Phil is the best in New England. The bartender knows how to make a drink to perfection and the serving staff is very welcoming and professional.
We plan on going back every chance we get. I highly Highly recommend to all looking for the perfect place for a meal, drink and relax for a moment to enjoy life.

Hidden inside the Velvet Mills is this little bistro/wine bar with a wonderful menu filled with salads, small plates, grilled panini's. We were there for lunch so I can't comment on the dinner menu. They did have a special's board and a brunch menu as well. I had a wonderful French Lentil and Black Bean Burger and Bill opted for the Pitza which is a pita bread topped with olive tapenade, roasted red peppers & feta. Everything was delicious and filling. We also treated ourselves to a glass of wine. The wine bar has a nice selection. Its nothing fancy; its simply quaint and delicious. What more could one ask for?
