Ole is a decent tapas place in an unlikely strip mall location. I was there as part of a large group and the service staff managed us very well. As with all tapas, dishes are small, but quite flavorful. The paella appears to be the most popular item, and each one can easily feed 4 (which accounts for the $50 price). It isn't authentic tapas as I've come to know it (no thick crust apparent at the bottom), but it tasted quite nice. Paella is available in vegetable, meat, and seafood fillings, and the base of rice and flavoring seemed to be the same for all 3 varieties. The meat was a bit overcooked in the paella, but seems to be par for the course in any but the best restaurants.
The hit of the meal was the desserts. The bread pudding and tres leches cake were exceptional, and took the meal from 3 to 4 rating for me.
