We loved this park. The sites were nice and spacious. This park had so many activities and a nice club house. Nice heated pool. We saw an awesome bluegrass band on Saturday night. Very dog friendly with an awesome dog park. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Except for the internet, all the amenities for RV'ers, are just wonderful! Friendly people, helpful staff. Good sized cemented pads with easy access to water, sewer and electric. The location of this park is just perfect for seeing a great deal of the sites without driving hours to get there and back. The staff is friendly and informed and somtimes have discount ticket available!! We will definately return and spread the word among our friends!

We have stayed here a few times because it is convenient to Ocala where we have family. We mainly stay here when the state park is full. The positives are the staff who are very friendly and accommodating, and the fact that they accept Passport for a few nights. The park is apparently popular with a certain demographic because they seem quite busy. However, it has many drawbacks for us. First, the interior roads are narrow for a large motorhome. Even the handful of sites at the entrance, which are long enough, are narrow and challenging to get into without running through the lawn. The sites we have stayed in are noisy - either from highway noise, power line buzzing from the substation that surrounds/ runs through the campground or a combination of both. It's rather unsettling to have a power plant directly behind your site - we expected to wake up with our hair standing on end or water spontaneously boiling. We have never had any success getting on the WII FI.

We stayed one night in this RV park. It was close to the facility where we started our Manatee Tour. The people are VERY friendly. The compund is well lit and we felt VERY safe. The bathrooms are SO NICE. CLEAN everytime. The neighbors were VERY friendly and helpful. Best of all - NO BUGS!
