I was concerned about walking here (female, over 50), when I parked, since it looks so isolated (even though it is a stones throw from I-95). But, not to worry - there were families and singles (both ladies, coincidentally) walking about. But, by no means crowded! It was very clean, and a great place to stretch your legs. There is a short paved nature walk, and a considerably longer loop walk. There is good signage and maps in the parking area. Bring water. I found it a refreshing break from the urban craziness all around. It is very pretty and has a small pond in the middle. The paved area, including the pond, seems wheelchair accessible to me.
