Great and easy to walk. Small waves and ample beach to utilize. Very shelly which means no beach sports, but great for walking swimming or picking shells. There are jet ski rentals.

Its true bonita means beautiful. The beach was beautiful.. Ours was a full on sunshine day and just amazing. We jumped the blue waves, looked for shells and laid on the soft sand. Parking, bathrooms and shower all worked out great for us!

This beach is in the middle of s bunch of private homes. When we were there - spring break - most of the private homes were shuttered and the beach is a ghost town, um, ghost beach. If you walk just a few steps away from the public beach area you can practically have your own private beach.

Always a nice beach......some red tide there. Parking is a definite problem, especially during season...Feb and Mar. Impossible between 10 and 2.

Thank bestx

Maybe I should not say this because too many people will want to come and do this. Coming to watch a sunset at Bonita Beach is awesome. Bring a local, we can do this anytime. It never gets boring, it is always beautiful, sometimes s little windy but peaceful to see the sun sink at the horizon of the Gulf of Mexico. Thus should be on your to do list.... never know you might meet a local boy!
