We booked this rental several months in advanced. The week or two prior to our vacation we attempted to contact the owner, through TripAdvisor and her personal email, about check-in procedures and the location of the villa. We sent dozens of emails without ever getting a reply. Then 24 hours prior to check-in we received an email stating the villa was no longer available because of a 'problem'.
The only good thing about this extremely stressful experience was our money was returned quickly and without much fuss.
I feel I need to compliment the owner and the management company, for the presentation, location and the facilities provided for this holiday home.
The villa is ideally suited for groups of friends and families alike. The master suite and the Mickey room are superb.
We did pay extra for the welcome pack but found it exceptional value.

My family and I rented this place for five days. We paid $1000 dollars. The furniture and carpet was dirty and disgusting. It made me think that the place wasn't clean. For the money the company gets paid from rentals , they could afford an upholstery cleaner. Check- out consisted of pulling off the linen from the beds and placing the towels in the laundry room. I'm not a maid. We had to clean the dishes and place them back in cupboards. I wouldn't minded them much if the house had been clean. Save your money and stay some where that's new and cleaner.
