First the good news. Although described as a studio apartment, it was relative roomy. A good sized bedroom and a large kitchen. Location was great-- close to the Edison/Ford winter estate and less than a mile from historic downtown. An old house converted into "apartments" in a quiet neighborhood. Ample parking and outside and porch sitting areas. Publix within a short walk. Bad news: an antiquated TV set up with--would you believe--rabbit ears providing an on again/off again reception and very limited channels. Main entrance accessed by a lock box set up with tiny numbers which were difficult to read, particularly at night. Could of used an extra set of sheets for a two-week stay. However, if you are not looking for luxury or upscale amenities, e.g. a pool, this may be a worthwhile alternative. People providing management support were friendly and responsive.
