As burger places go this was average at best. The burgers are cooked to order similar to other burger places like Five Guys. This had a lot of promise based on reviews and the extravagant toppings list. I was going to do peanut butter and strawberry jam, however stopped when she was going to open up packets of jam like they have at breakfast places and they use Skippy PB. I settled for garlic mayo and chipotle, very good but the overall burger taste was ok. My wife had a bunless burger with mushrooms, however she wished they had been cooked vs raw. The poutine was good and frankly the reason for 2 stars vs 3 stars was the service. Not one of the young ladies working smiled, thanked or even looked like they enjoyed their job. Would prefer to find a burger at another establishment the next time traveling through Gainesville.
