Check-In went very well. The clerk was polite, informative and professional. The property appears to be quite new as there were very little signs of any wear or tear. My room was nicely appointed and very clean. There is ample parking onsite and the location is convenient to many dining and shopping options. A very nice stay. Recommended.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast. Partha, the manager, was super helpful! We stayed there to go to the Itchetucknee State Park floating trip. Its close to many restaurants and stores and is close to the highway.

As Bonvoy members, we always check Marriott choices when traveling and were delighted to find this fairly new gem. Tucked away but near restaurants and I 75 the king suite was clean, spacious and the staff was friendly, helpful. Small but well equipped fitness center. In keeping with COVID standards, the normal serve yourself complementary breakfast was served by two friendly staff members.

Our hotel is indeed very new, being open for only 3 years we took into consideration all the main needs of our guests. I understand that you may have had a great stay with us, but I wanted to ask what we could have done to make it a perfect stay for yourself. We are always looking for ways to improve, and I wanted to know what we could have done to earn that full 5/5 rating! The location is great, close to supermarkets and restaurants, yet it's relatively quiet. The room was small but looked like new and was thoroughly cleaned. Staff was really nice and helpful.
We were disappointed in the breakfast as there was no buffet but people have to stand in line and wait to be served. Food choices were very limited and makes no sense not to make the buffet style breakfast available and blaming it on Covid, especially as people were sitting in the breakfast room together without any capacity limits. Also the bed was too soft which caused back and neck pain.
Otherwise highly recommended and would go back especially if there was a proper breakfast (that was by the way advertised on the website...).

Room tip: ask for a quiet room

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a feedback regarding your visit. We are always delighted to hear when our staff can go the extra mile for our guests. Our housekeeping and maintenance staff work delicately with detail to ensure our property and guest rooms are immaculate. Our location is a great choice for all sorts of travelers and is indeed a convenient choice to many businesses and shopping stores/restaurants. With our hotel’s popularity, we have become a home for people from all over the nation. With this increased traffic, our hotel wants to ensure the highest-level priority is safety and therefore we have opted to choose to organize our breakfast in this fashion. As of February, we have started back nearly 90% of our complete options back and we do plan to provide the remainder very soon. Florida being a very special case, we want to ensure that our breakfast items can be delivered safely and efficiently. As for the comfort of your bed, we do apologize about the experience you had with this. Our hotel being only 3 years old, we have brand new medium firmness Beauty Rest mattresses that cater to a large portion of our clients. Our maintenance team also performs regular mattress flipping and rotations to ensure the freshest side of the mattress. We do hope to provide all the benefits we typically provide very soon. Thank you so much for considering us once again for a future visit, and we hope to see you soon!

Was great, quiet, responsive and very clean. BUT theres a sign on the door that says face coverings required in public spaces within the building. The manager said they enforce in the eating/feeding area where the breakfast is every morning. There were a zillion people there packed together like sardines waiting in line. NO masks except staff.
Here’s the thing…why have the sign if you’re not going to enforce it. Just don’t have the sign. Regardless of what you think about masking…just don’t ask for it if you’re not serious about it. Let people know where you stand as a business.
