This unit (208) is in dire need of some attention. Bed linens, bath towels, and new Master bedroom furniture, The TV'S in the bedrooms are from the Fred Flintstone era, A fesh coat of paint would be nice also.

Well kept smaller size condo building. Three floors, elevator and pool. We stayed in 212 an ocean front 2 bedroom. Was the cleanest unit we have rented in years of coming to Indian Rocks. I think that might be because the property is managed by a company 3 palms and they run what seemed to me to be a tight ship. When we go back to IRB we will either rent this same condo or other building 3 Palms manages. Thank you Jill. The condo itself is roomy, good size bedrooms. Master Bed is hard. I liked it my sister did not. The pictures are true to the unit. Furniture is worn somewhat but again it was clean and the view is FABULOUS. The only con is that they use keys to get to and from the beach and pool area. Its doable but would be better if they offered more keys per unit for that.

Room Tip: Unit 212, 2 bedroom, corner unit.

This is our second time here in 6 years. Love this place. Modern condo great views, nice pool and barbecue area. Love irb! Blessed to b able to spend family vacation here, the sunsets on the beach are paralleled to the ones I've seen on manila bay, better than ones in cancun and riviera Maya!

We stayed in 201 for 8 nights in May 2016. Nice, clean condo with 2 bed/2bath. King master with new furniture and comfortable king size bed. 2nd bedroom had 2 beds-double and daybed. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Sticking laundry was fine. Flat screen tv in living room and both bedrooms. Living room furniture was slightly worn but comfortable. We had a corner balcony with gulf front view. Table and chairs plus lounger on balcony. Spotted dolphins in the morning while drinking coffee on the balcony - does not get any better than that!! Unit 201 is on the 1st floor, above covered parking area. Unit has a storage locker that had beach chairs & toys to use. Plenty of beach towels in the condo. Games, puzzles, books and even binoculars. They thought of everything!! Complex had gas grill with seating area. Good size pool with lounge chairs. If not interested in pool, just walk out the pool gate and you are on the beach. Beach was nice and quiet and not crowded. Felt like it was our own private beach. 6-7 min walk to several restaurants, ice cream shop, post office and CVS. We used 3Palms and had no problems at all. Overall great experience - very happy with condo, location and property mgmt company.

Fabulous holiday once the weather sorted itself out! There is no better place on earth to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down on Indian Rocks Beach. Condo 204 is lovely, everything you need, very homely feel and access to the lock up cupboard which has boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, buckets spades etc. Very easy walking to restaurants, a few shops and fab ice cream parlour. Also we hired fat tyre bikes locally and cycled on beach. Sea is really warm and lovely to swim. Also John's Pass very near with boat trips gift shops and restaurants. Supermarkets just 5 or 10 minute drive. Great location for a relaxing break, we will be back!
