On a neighbor's suggestion we tried The Parisian. We had the coq au vin, the duck confit ( both very good) The salmon( good not too fishy) and the steak frites. The steak was ok, it was not the usual cut that I usually am served in a bistro. I think it was top sirloin and it tasted a bit like liver. The pepper sauce that I ordered on the side was closer to a sweet BBQ than peppery. The Frites were excellent. The server( probably new) annoyed us by insisting that we order everything at the same time. We wanted to have an appetizer and then order. She explained it was not for us or her but for the kitchen staff. New one on me, this is the dead season in Florida. The cooks could develop drinking problems with all their down time. All in all may try again. It is a pleasant facility and we enjoyed talking to the owner.
