This was our 1st stay in a B&B and it was a wonderful experience! Very relaxing atmosphere due to the small size of the inn and the friendliness of the hosts as well as the guests. The location was perfect - around the corner from the Hemmingway house, a short walk to the southernmost point, and a pleasant walk to the restaurant/bar section of Duvall Street. The hot tub was great - for those who want a pool, ask for directions to Dante's restaurant and pool near the marina. We didn't have time to go there, but it looked like fun. Small fridge and coffee pot in room, as well as a hair dryer were all a great touch! On-street parking was not hard to find. So much to do in Key West with sailing, snorkeling, walking, riding bikes, etc., we didn't have time to do it all, so we'll be back!!

We booked our stay based on TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. We were happy to have booked one of the rooms away from the pool, because it was a popular area for people to hang out and chat with one another.

This is a typical quaint Key West B&B with friendly staff ready to help out with dining recommendations and things to see. Parking is available on the street, but when it gets tight they do have a lot they can send you to a block or two away. This worked out well for us.

The B&B is located down the street from the Hemingway House and Key West Lighthouse, and just around the corner from Duval Street (the quieter end). Breakfast is available every morning at 8:30--fresh bagels, homemade cream cheeses, fruits, breads and pastries, hardboiled eggs, yogurt. There is even champagne for mimosas, if you're so inclined.

The room was pretty large, with a coffee maker, fridge, and large screen TV. Free internet access is available. There is also an iron and ironing board available. The bed was not the most comfortable, which is really the only negative. The room also had an A/C unit and ceiling fan.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with friendly staff.

We absolutely loved The Seascape. It was ideally situated just off of Duval Street, and was close to everything. The Innkeepers were friendly, helpful and provided great suggestions about things to do and places to dine. Our suite was clean, comfortable and well-kept and provided plenty of space for a weeklong vacation. Breakfasts were good with an ample selection of fruits, bagels, waffles and pancakes...not to mention mimosas and coffee. We never left there hungry! The two onsite cats were an added "treat" for me - but they kept their distance and won't bother you if you aren't a cat person. The bikes provided by the Inn - although at an additional cost - provided us a great way to see the entire island. The only negatives I can offer are: small pool (really more of a hot tub), our bed had a bit of a dip in the middle, and the rental fee for the bikes seemed a little high to me. But the positives more than made up for any negatives we found. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Seascape to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Seascape Inn was a very good choice to stay on our visit to Key West for 2 nights. We loved it there and the location is just perfect as a starting point to explore Key West. The room was very clean, comfy and big enough. Also the staff was very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was just perfect, no need to go somewhere else to have breakfast! If I ever visit Key West again, this would be my first choice to stay! The sign they have there sums it up "Enter as strangers, leave as friends"

We loved everything about the house and Dave & Marcia were very helpful with our activity plans. The only thing that was disappointing is that the pool/spa is really just a large hot tub. Although we enjoyed lounging in the hot tub in the evenings with our cocktails, we would rather have had a real pool for during the day.

My husband and I took a road trip to the Keys and made no prior reservations so we could be spontaneous. We were lucky enough to land one night at the Seascape Inn. They were booked all other nights. We checked in and the staff was so kind as to insist that she work on finding us another place in the same price range for the next night while we went off to have fun. Once she found a place for us, she called us on our cell phone to let us know. We were so appreciative. Our room was clean, cute, and well maintained. The breakfast was fantastic - way beyond what you'd expect of a continental breakfast. The location is so convenient and there are bikes that you can rent to get around the island. We loved the Seascape! We can't say enough about the husband and wife owners and staff! Friendly, accommodating and willing to help with every need, question or recommendation. We will definitely go back to Key West and stay at the Seascape.
