1960s property but well maintained with a good pool, new gas grills (all the better for cooking your catch) and located right on the marina. Our unit (1040) was on the first floor but handsomely remodeled and overall great. Pros: clean, contemporary, nice beds and direct access to the pool. Cons: Traffic noise on the (oversized) balcony and human noise down at the marina. Would stay again. For James Bond fans, Pelican Landing appears in the background of License to Kill.
