Check-in was pleasant enough. Our flight was delayed so we didn't get to check in until after midnight. I had booked a king size bed standard room, but as we set our luggage down I noticed we had gotten two queen beds. I called the front desk to notify them and request we be put in a room with the King size bed, and she continued to question me as to where and how I made my booking because there was no other rooms. Basically got a TFB. Beds were comfortable. Went to take a shower, no hot water or water pressure for that matter. Our group was staying in multiple different rooms and they reported the same- no hot water or pressure. Breakfast at their buffet was okay but the wait staff was rude and not attentive to say the least. But in case you were thinking of tipping appropriately, they take it upon themselves to include 15% gratuity in the check. Wifi was awful. Poor service also at other restaurant at this location. I think they go by the motto that if you ignore the customers or work slow enough, the customers will leave you alone. Not impressed, left one night early. Would not stay again.

Bed was noisy, squeaky and took 3 attempts before hotel management finally moved us. The rooms are configured awkwardly. It took a half hour in order to find the rooms. No help.

The staff was awesome, they are aware of the deficiencies but make up for it in great service. The restaurant waiters and cashier were great, the night service people at the front desk were very hospitable.

The only bad thing about it is that the rooms are a little outdated and the hot water doesn't work really well. It was clean, but the room did smell a bit too much like sun lotion. Besides that it was a good stay.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms with working hot water

The hotel needs a good renovation and cleanliness. The room smelled moldy hence a change of room was requested. The location is okay. The price best in two on a holiday weekend. If you want to stay there do request a renovated room.
