Everything worked as agreed, the pool was well maintained, rooms clean and like new. Price/quality ratio superb. The neighborhood (or part of town) itself has a few rough edges but nothing seriously bad. If I visit the area again some day, I'd choose Sunny Palms Inn again. PS. Wifi was also good quality.
Not recommended no manager on site and other issues. Had to call twice to get someone to come to provide a key. They had to come from another site. Also AC not working. Window in bathroom was open in room when got there and not being able to be secured and being on a ground floor was a security safety issue, needs lots of TLC. Repairs needed to be done inside. Room linen was not clean and had cigarette burns on top comforter. Lots of damage in the room. Changed hotel due to not feeling safe and conditions of room.
I did let the manager know I would be leaving the next morning and expected a credit to my credit card for the remaining time. This was done promptly. But first her first he wanted me to send him copies of the pictures I took of the room.
We looked at the photos. And checked everything in room. And found only real issue there was was the cigarette burn on the comforter which cleaners looked over and we had a discussion with them and was also a very easy fix. And the touch up paint. again easy fix. All other issues where not issues they are regular wear. Also when you take zoomed in photos with a camera on the floor in the coner of a closet of some caulking missing it does not help. this is a 2 star motel and not the ritz carlton. Its not going to be absolutely perfect in every coner of the room. But our rooms are very clean overall. And we offer way better rooms then any motel in this aria. and the ac did work properly it gets very cold in room and winow was able to lock and was already locled when we got there.

We arrived late at night and they were very kind and accommodating, even upgrading us to a suite. The suite was spacious, cute and extremely clean (I’d eat off the floor personally) with a full kitchen, multiple TVs and the comfiest bed EVER. I even tried to find the brand of the sheets so I could get the same ones. I was RELISHING the deliciously soft bed all night long. Adorable little pool area too. Go for the location, stay for the mattress.

SPOT ON HE GIVES OUT DIRTY TOWELS AND ACCUSES THE CUSTOMERS OF DIRTYING THE TOWELS ITS UNREAL SO HE CAN KEEP THEIR DEPOSIT!!!!
Then he goes around talking badly to the customers about me specifically which is defamation of character and slander!!!!!

We dont talk about you like that. We have no need to. This is just a business. I hope you dont take that personally. But we dont care what you do, As long as you follow rules here. We have no need to talk about guest to other people. And we dont. Also our places are spotless. Anyone can see a room before they get one. And we dont give out dirty towels. You would have to destroy the towels for us to take it out of the deposit.
