Location location location!! The view of the ocean is beautiful and it’s a very relaxing atmosphere. However I suggest you only going there if you have a lot of time because the service is horrible. Everything we ordered was great but no one was on top of their game. We ordered dinners with fries and instead they came with rice. Then we had to wait for ketchup and refills on soda. After we finished eating they gave us our bill but we were planning on having dessert for my moms birthday. Figuring it would take too long we just paid and left. We found another place to go for ice cream. If they were crowded I’d understand but the restaurant was pretty much empty

Wanted to go somewhere different this morning so tried Mulligans Beach House. First, the positive, outside seating across from the water was lovely. We ordered breakfast, I eggs Benedict and my husband over easy eggs. The eggs Benedict came on untoasted English muffins with a slightly warm, tasteless hollandaise sauce. Once you cut into the eggs the sauce congealed on the English muffin and it tasted like glue. Husband's breakfast came out as scrambled eggs instead of the ordered over easy. Worst part was when the waitress picked up our plates, mine with 90% of the breakfast still on the plate, no question about how it was was asked. Anyway, disappointed, won't be back but a a great view of the water.

We stopped in after a long day at the beach. Drinks were refreshing and food was delish. Doesn’t hurt that it’s steps from Kilwins for dessert!

First of all their fish and chips are enormous. Coupled with franch fries, it is hard to finish the plate. Crowd is almost all beach goers, and the seafood is just like most beach side places, almost everything is good and well priced. Service is sometimes spotty, but it is well worth a visit

We had delicious broiled mahi-mahi sandwiches with Home made potato chips and cole slaw. Service was great. Food was cooked perfectly. We like fish like this on the well side. Perfect and not dried out. Beer was cold, sat out front. Breeze from the ocean was delightful, the shaded outside serving area was very comfortable. Huge menu, will be back soon to try more.
