Okay, so I am a little behind on my reviews....Anyhow, my family stayed here for the 3rd year in a row for our week long vacation. Once again, everything was perfect!! Bill and June greeted us and asked about our trip down. They truly care about their guests. They even left us a bottle of wine in the room, with a welcome sign. The following day they gave us tickets to the children's museum. Anytime there was a problem, Bill was right there. The property is beautiful and the guests all make you feel welcome like family. The cottages are flawless and very clean. I am so thankful to have stumbled across this property 3 years ago, as I believe they don't just let anyone in. Which is nice, as that keeps the riff raff out, making it a peaceful vacation. I can't wait to visit again this Fall. They are already booked for Spring Break of 2016 and my family can't imagine staying anywhere else as this is our home away for home. It's hard to find owners that take so much pride in their property and making sure their guests are comfortable. So if your in the area, check out Island Paradise. They won't let you down.

How do you describe the perfect experience?! From the moment we inquired about staying at Island Paradise Cottages, we knew it was special. The accommodations were exactly as described. June and Bill (and the other guests) welcomed us as if we were family. The unit was ready when we arrived, freshly cleaned and stocked with linens, towels and kitchen utensils. June and Bill can be found on site most days to ensure your experience at Island Paradise Cottages is one to remember. It truly is a Hidden Gem.

Wow! What a lovely review. Thanks for making time to write your thoughts, as we know that it is an extra effort thing!

You know, we love it when guests 'get' that we want their vacation holiday to be the best it can be. Because we regularly focus on what guests need, want and prefer... And we pay attention to the details.

Thank you for picking up on our efforts to be eco-friendly. It is very important to us -- which is why we have CFLs or LED lighting (inside and out)... 'on demand' water heaters... low flow toilets and faucets... energy efficient appliances... backdoor recycling... and use environmentally friendly products, and materials as much as we can.

So thanks again guys, and we are glad you love this area and were happy with us!

I spent 4 days and 3 nights at Island Paradise Cottages of Madeira Beach and the truth is I could have just moved in and stayed! My wife and I had never been to Madeira Beach and found it to be a friendly community. Our hosts at IPC June and Bill saw to our every need, most of which had been anticipated with an amazing attention to detail that they use when setting up the cottages.
We found board games and cards, books in the laundry room (free washer and dryer) 3 TV's in the cottage we had (Villa Paradiso), although we didn't feel the need to watch tv, the stay was so relaxing.
The Kitchen was set up fully and ready to go if I had chosen to cook, but this was my vacation so we dined out for our meals. Although I will state their coffee maker made a great cup of coffee (hot and flavorful) which is something hard to find in hotels and Inns.
The location was prime, only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and St. John's Pass which we walked to our first night.
I can't talk enough about the beach, and IPC has everything you need for the beach, chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, toys and a cart to lug it all down to the beach in! The Gulf is my favorite body of water and the beach was clean and fairly deserted. We saw dolphins swimming close by in the mornings which was amazing!!!
If you like to stay at your cottage there is a pool and a Tiki hut to sit in and grills to use if you feel like cooking outdoors
You're in short driving distance to a lot of great places along the coast and of course St. Petersburg (which we didn't make it into this trip) if you have time. But if you just choose to stay close to home and enjoy the beach, restaurants and privacy of this picturesque "Old Florida" lodging, you'll leave a very happy person.
I highly recommend IPC and as part of the Superior Small Lodging group, you know you can count on the same quality every time you stay.

Room Tip: Any room you choose will be good, I stayed in the two bedroom Villa Paradiso that was perfect for our needs!

Thanks so much for making time to write up your thoughts about our little resort... our Island Paradise!

We love it when folks really do get a chance to relax at our place and explore the area a bit, too!

You are right, we do try to make it like 'home' for folks, so they can spend their time watching dolphins, walking to Johns Pass Village, enjoying a sunset or just hanging out in the privacy of their own vacation home!

And thanks for mentioning, Superior Small Lodging®. We are very proud to be a White Glove Award winner for 8 years in a row now! It's a great organization that helps to ensure that the highest standards are applied to privately owned, boutique small hotels and resorts!

When we entered the cottage there was a surprise waiting for us. There was a welcome sign and a bottle of wine. The cottage was spotless and stocked with the essentiaps. The beds were great and you couldn't hear any other guests. We were in walking distance to John's Pass and all the shopping. The grounds were immaculate and had many different and interesting plants. I definitely will go back. June and Bill really take pride in their property and it shows. We were very comfortable and relaxed.

We are so glad that you were delighted with your cottage and stay with us.

It's especially nice when 'local' people (those within a couple of hours driving time, I think of as 'local'), come to enjoy the beach at our place.

And, we're so glad you found walking to Johns Pass Village for shopping, dining, etc appealing. We have found almost everyone enjoys a walk over to Johns Pass, and finds fun of one type or another.
There is so much to explore in our area -- and Johns Pass is THE perfect place to start!

Thanks for making time to write up your thoughts and we hope you come back very soon! It was our pleasure to have you guys!

"Another day in Paradise" - my husband said this every day during our stay. June and Bill are the ultimate hosts and they have beautifully renovated the cottages to retain an old Florida feel. The accommodations are comfortable, very clean and have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We have great memories of fun evenings at the tiki hut. The beach and Johns Pass (where there are shops, bars and restaurants) are a short walk away. To top it all off it is pet friendly and we were able to bring our goldens with us on vacation. Perfect.

Thanks so much for the lovely review and we know how you feel! We, too, say that we are so lucky to live in this area where each day is special and, for us, Paradise!

We too think it's a great location... close to so much... and hope the cottages will delight guests and provide the comfortable 'home' for many happy memories!

Looking forward to you returning next year and enjoying another very special stay with happy days and nights!

Thank you so much for making time to write your thoughts... All the best to you dear folks!
