I was here several times when it was the grille at the Ritz Carlton Palm Beach. Now it is in the Eau that purchased the Ritz.

Setting is dark and not great. Service was very good to excellent. I had the Berkshire pork, which was average at best. Mushrooms were very good.

Prices for an upscale restaurant in this area are more than reasonable.

We were last in FL for the Thanksgiving weekend holiday and had a wonderful dinner (not the Thanksgiving special dinner) at Angle. This time we had a bad experience. Maybe it was an off night but the restaurant was teeming with toddler aged kids who were out of control. Management did nothing. I have stayed here several times and get that this is a family resort and I love kids but this went too far. In particular, the long table in the center was packed with little kids who were actually running around the other tables in the dining room. The table next to us also had a kid who was half standing on her chair when it suddenly tipped over and slammed the glass hard enough to make us jerk up from our plates. The parents barely caught it before she went down to the floor. The management should have said something, especially to the parents who let their kids run wild (and I mean wild) in the dining room. Food was very salty - seafood stew broth in particular. The grits with the ribs were too salty too. The salad was two or three pieces of greens on the plate, so dissapointing. Same thing with the heirloom tomato salad - nothing special, just one or two piece of tomato with watermelon. Last time I had the octopus it was bursting with flavor. This time it tasted so bland. We had a bad mussel in the stew and told the maitre d but he never appeared to go back to tell the chef. He stayed in the dining room waiting on tables and walking around. At this price point, restaurant should care if there is a bad mussell and they didn't seem to. It should have been comped off the bill. Passed on dessert, which we never do. Not looking to go back here.

We dined at this restaurant upon checking in to The Eau Palm Beach. I was pleasantly surprised at with the wine selection and the menu. Both drink and food were excellent.

Food, service and ambiance was amazing. Manager Levin Glane made sure that my wife's dietary requirements were met and they actually created a few things specifically for her based on available products. Amazing service. Wine by the glass is on the expensive side ($30 per glass for a Cakebread Chardonnay) but very good.
