Was treated by Raina to two flutes of champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This is fine dining and the food was special. This is a must do at least once while here in Marco Island. The food was very fresh and presented in a beautiful way. Here again everyone was gracious and more than eager to make sure you were well taken care of. Splurge Worthy

I ate here on my birthday and it was fabulous. Lexi, is the best server at Ario. We had the shrimp cocktail and scallops as an appetizer. If you like scallops definitely try this appetizer. Next we had the Black caesar and wedge salad, but the black caesar was the best of the two salads we tried. For the entrée we had two filets and the pimenton potatoes (these were very good). For dessert, we had a strawberry shortcake dish and a chocolate mousse cake, both were fabulous and a must try at Ario.

Had a great meal here. It is a fine dining experience with a fine dining price, but if you love a great steak and great service this is the place. Located behind the main pool at the JW Marriott you are greeted right away and seated in the modern dining room. The waitress was very informative of the food that is served and answered all our question no. There sides serve about four people so you don't have to order one per person. There Chef, Gerald Sombright was featured on Bravo's Top Chef. I have no complaints about the food and would recommend stopping here for a meal if you find yourself in Marco Island.

Well we thought we'd just go for a couple appetizers but ended up having a killer shellfish tower and a few other smaller plates. It was so good we came back the next night for the big bone in ribeye steak. Great service, excellent food and a solid wine list but again, this place is pricey. I think the food is worth the price, especially the shellfish tower but the wine is really off the chart high priced.

Ario restaurant is located one floor down from the lobby at the Marriott Marco Island. It is their upscale dining restaurant. I didn't give them 4 stars since I need to judge them at the same level I would judge another fine dining establishment. The ambiance is very nice and they have a mixture of booths/chairs for your table. They even have a table surrounding the cooking area so you can hear the chef yelling out orders. I was concerned about my attire since I had some linen shorts and a polo type shirt. However, every single male patron had shorts and I mean 100%. I sat next to someone with a white t-shirt, shorts and flip flops. This wouldn't bother me at Quinn's but this is supposed to be upscale. I have no complaint about the quality of the food. My lobster and my wife's filet were excellent. My only complaint would be the $52 per entree charge. If I were at Le Bernandin in Manhattan, I would understand better. The wine was fairly expensive in my opinion too. We spent $165 for two people without appetizers or dessert. I had water and my wife had one glass of house cabernet. A short walk to Sal e Pepe gave us a 3 course meal with two glasses of wine each in a much more fine dining atmosphere for $45 less. In summary, the food is good and the staff were trained but the cost doesn't match a true fine dining experience.
