We got to Miami International Airport on March 27, 2012, and called the hotel for shuttle service. They had told us that shuttle service was running every half hour. Finally after one hour the shuttle came. Arriving to the hotel the clerk would not accept the confirmed price we had on our reservation. The clerk had a very bad attitude and we were tired after a day traveling, so we paid the extra $35.00. Next morning we got hold of the manager and he corrected the mistake and apologized for the clerks behavior.
The hotel was very clean and OK.
