I had only been to Zuma for dinner & drinks, and was always fascinated by the trendy crowd of flashy businessmen, musicians, sports personas, high class prostitutes and all other "beautiful people" which really made this place vibe and buzz. We were staying at the hotel, so I decided we had to try their brunch...well...I dressed my best...and at noon on a Sunday I walked in to a dinning room very different than the Saturday night crowd...it was full of families with kids and hotel guests in "Hard Rock Cafe" t-shirts and flip flops...not judging, just saying, very different crowd, was actually disappointed, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, THE FOOD! OMG! Sushi, sashimi, skewer and everything in between! Fried chicken, Koren bao buns! Not to mention bottomless drinks, one entree off the menu plus a dessert platter... Made up for the lack of trendsetting people watching. GO DO BRUNCH THERE! Warning, starts at 95$ goes to 135 or 150$ depending on your choice of entree. Enjoy!

The ambience is great and the food is delicious. It is a little expensive but well worth the price. If you sit by a window you get to see luxury yachts docked and sailing on the Miami River

Zuma is so popular that it was difficult to get a reservation on Open Table days in advance. We were able to get a reservation for the bar only through our hotel concierge last minute. We ended up sitting in the back at the sushi bar...which was fun. There was a Japanese sushi chef in charge which was a very good thing. Our meal for 3 was over $400. Pricey But, we had a little of everything and some very good sake. Highly recommend. Zuma is high end, authentic and, most importantly, provides over the top service.

Receptionist was so so so.... we do not need customers do it our way not as the customer is asking for
Food was gorgeous
The tasting menu can only be eaten in a rush /typical us restaurant way run trough and eat and get the doggy bag for home
Maybe if you spend double prices than on the menu you get more time to eat and not every 2 hours they need the next seating
We did spend 500$ for 2 maybe by giving them 1000$ for 2 persons you get time to eat in piece and you can enjoy as all international people are cultural used to do so
Ps We eat in the best restaurants of the world only
Great food only us mc Donald’s run trough typical us style for dinner
