Boyfriend and I came here for a nice breakfast while hanging out in Miami. The food, atmosphere, everything was amazing. Good people watching. Boyfriend had the jerk style eggs... really unique but awesome. I will absolutely be here again for food, maybe lunch or dinner next time I'm in Miami.

The only downside is they don't take reservations for brunch. The place gets crowded around brunch, but there are a good number of tables so the wait isn't too long. If the weather is good, you definitely want to eat outside. The menu is pretty extensive with vegetarian and gluten free choices, the food is good and reasonably priced. The service is also pretty good. We were group of 9 and everyone enjoyed themselves. We'd go back again.

Great for people watching, and an all-around excellent start to the day. This is much like a Paris cafe with ample outdoor seating. Most delightful.

As for the meal, service is good (not stellar, but good), their chef deserves a raise (the presentation, even for breakfast, is outstanding. The portions are generous, and the check is modest.

This is possibly THE BEST breakfast in Miami! PS Street parking is free until about 10:00 AM.

Whenever I'm visiting Miami on business, I always come to the Green Street Cafe in Coconut Grove for breakfast. Good food, good vibe - well worth the effort.

But . . . (and it's so easy to fix!!) the internet sucks! So, if like me, you want to work over breakfast, and you need internet connection, forget it.

If you're the manager/owner reading this, then please don't dismiss this. For most people, wifi is important - though not as important as the restaurant itself, I admit.

Guy/gals please sort this. Love the place

Thank you for taking the time to post your great review. Trust us when we say, we wish we could get a better wifi signal out to our guests, but these old buildings and their sturdy walls make it a bit tricky. We are working on it, however, and hope to be able to provide you with a stronger connection soon enough.

Regardless, we are truly happy that you enjoyed Greenstreet Café and we hope to see you again soon.

Cheers!

We ate here for dinner and then returned the following morning for breakfast. Both were excellent. Service was also excellent. Sat on the patio area. It is dog friendly I guess as there were 3 tables with dogs present.
