The staff at the courtyard Miami Downtown/Brickell Area went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The service was excellent, the hotel and room were clean, and every single staff person was welcoming and polite. It is good to know that there is a reasonably priced, good hotel in this area!

Very good hotel. Great location. Comfy beds, nice rooms. Hotel allowed for a very early 9am check in, free of charge and a 2pm late checkout, free of charge.
They offered free tacos and drinks in the lobby as well during my check in date. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Brickell area of Miami.

The Courtyard hotel in Miami is quite well located, between Downtown and Brickell, it is very good for getting around different areas of the city.
However, it is a somewhat old building and it shows in all its areas.
The lobby is always crowded and the service is pretty average.
Still, it wasn't cheap, although everything is overpriced in Miami.
I don't think I would choose it again to stay in Miami.

Well it’s sad to say that out of all the places in the world I’ve stayed over the past year, this is by far the worst. From the moment me and my wife and 4 kids were not even greeted by the closest two black males behind the counter, the taller man just waived us down to the end of the counter, as if he couldn’t be bothered.
This, don’t bother me attitude continued when some guests came in to buy some snacks before going up to their room. He literally went into a door behind the desk as if to hide from them. Finally coming out with the attitude, I’m too good to deal with mess like this.
The building itself, the ceilings are super low on each floor. The rooms are appointed with this tiny 36” tv. The beds, you might as well has been sleeping on the floor.
Trying your best to sleep at night. Think of a Formula 1 race track, that’s what it sounded like ever few minutes all night long. On top of that, we were awakened before 8 am on a Saturday to a jackhammer that never stopped.
There is one thing hotel must do, facilitate an environment to allow its guests to have a good nights rest. This place is a complete failure for that and should be stripped of any association with Bonvoy.
Final words, do not stay here!
