Great crepes. Great food recommendations as our girls want lactose free. Very healthy except our one daughter got the delicious Nutella, banana, strawberry crepe. Fun to be on Espanola Way. Have a live in cat that was very friendly. Cafe type atmosphere, very casual. Used restaurant.com coupon to save some money.

We went there because we were looking for this cute French atmosphere that the restaurant website was talking about however we wanted to sit outside and after just a few Minutes, got bitten by mosquitos. We decided to come back inside, the air conditioning was obviously not working. When my daughter asked to go the bathroom, we discovered something not taking care of, the restaurant needs serious renovation. The bathroom door did not work and we smell cat pee all over maybe because there is an actual cat walking around and peeing all over. We were supposed to have dinner and we ordered 2 Kirs and a diet of pate. They did not have all pate available and when you got it, we saw little flies in it. We could not stay any longer. We asked for the check and left. Will never go back!

Espanola Way is a quaint little street to walk down. You can find this little cafe at the end of the street. We had a lovely little breakfast here. The almond croissant was delicious, but the overall charm is what gave this place 5 stars.

We had not been at Á La Folie in a number of years and were terribly disappointed to find the once charming and truly rustic French café rusty inside and out. Nonetheless we wanted to savor their formerly delicious crēpes - but what disenchantment! The crêpe suzette arrived quickly, yet somewhat sloppily prepared and served lukewarm, with orange marmelade distributed unevenly, some Grand Marnier or Curaçao quickly splashed on one half, and the attempt at flambé at the table failing. The buckwheat crêpe fromagère appeared somewhat later, but was so crispy brown that it tasted almost like potato chips. Initially the waiter would not understand what we found wrong with it, but then offered a replacement. This crêpe looked as it should have. However, the cheeses were not melted evenly, and there appeared only a few crumbs of goat cheese in the blend. To their credit, the plates were sparingly but attractively garnished, and the service was quick.

I wished Miami Beach had not lost the crêpérie on Lincoln Road. To me, Española Way has lost its charm because it looks neglected and run down. Its appearance is literally shabby between Pennsylvania and Drexel Avenue. I hope that this charming little street regains its earlier luster and attractiveness.
