This hotel is TOTAL TRASH!!! Pink walls? No wash clothes because housekeeping sucked? Elevators not up to code? Teal comforters with PINK FLOWERS on them? "Renovations" that were made last year that didn't look like it? Detaching items from the walls in the bathroom that caused my phone to go in the toilet thus costing me $250 to get a new one? Dirty? Concierge that spent all his time talking to other people about random *&%# than pay attention to the customer? $20 per night for some secutiryt? GET THE &$%* OUT OF HERE!!!! It should be shut down!!!! If u ever go to Miami Beach and look for a hotel DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!!!!!! I wanna punch them in their faces!!!!!

Room Tip: None. Just don't go there.

I'll be honest, when we first walked in the room I didnt want to take my shoes off, but it was also 1:30am and we'd been flying for 12 hours. I reluctantly crawled into bed which turned out to be pretty comfy! In the day light the room didnt seem so bad, as a heads up there is no fridge but one can be requested. Be aware that the pictures on their website/expedia/travelocity are not the room you'll get. The front desk staff are nice and helpful, Orlando one of the consierge is great! The elevators are slow. The pool isnt heated but the beach is right there and sooooo beautiful! We didnt try the breakfast buffet (in the basement) but there is a convienence store 3 blocks away that serves a delicious breakfast/lunch/dinner. If your looking to save some money this hotel is the place for you.

Room Tip: Highly recommend a beach front room, just know the windows dont open. We had room 415 which was a co...

This hotel could really use some work: I got stuck briefly in both elevators, the toilet needed to be flushed twice each time, the tv reception was poor, the a/c unit was loud, and the mattress had no springs left. The place is not very well maintained. Also, the room had almost no outlets for charging phones etc. The hair dryer was nailed to the wall and the leaky iron was nailed to the ironing board. So, it was difficult to use a lot of the amenities.

This hotel has no parking. The lot across the street costs $26/day.

On the upside, the location was good, the pool is lovely, and there is free wi-fi.

The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.

This was a $90 room for which we paid $220. But, that is the Miami Beach market.

They did give me an ocean view that I requested, which was nice. We only stayed overnight before catching an early flight out, so my encounter was brief. Desk staff was nice but a bit disorganized. Concierge was too busy talking to a maid to stop and answer our question.
Didn't eat, check out the pool or anything like that.

Hallways were nasty looking, dirty carpet, chipped looking doors...I was nervous about the room. It was actually ok. Bathroom was clean and the bath/shower insert looked new. Walls were painted bumpy cement. Floor behind the door, not quite clean. Beds were fine and clean.

Room Tip: ask for ocean view, it will make you feel better.

I've been coming here for years due to the awesome staff here at the Days Inn. They are warm, respectful and super accommodating more than any hotel I've stayed. Yes, Im glad the place received a facelift. They recently renovated, and the rooms look much better. Claudia, Elcina, Loly, Hector, and of course Mr. Rosado keep that hotel going and do a darn good job maintaining and accommodating. I wish I can bottle them up and take them with me. Thank you to all of the staff at the Days Inn for taking great care of me and my friends!!! I soooo appreciate you all.

This hotel is really bad. The only decent part is the lobby and the staff is pretty nice. The rooms are disgusting. The matresses are so old and they were falling apart. None of the lamps had working light bulbs. The bathroom walls were dirty and there was even mold spores that they had attempted to cover with a coat of cheap paint. The bath doesnt drain and so you are standing in a pool of water while you shower. The door had about a 1.5 inch gap at the bottom letting in tons of light and noise. The windows are old and they dont open. The elevators don't always work and stop all over the place. You have to take the stairs half of the time. The ceilings are low and the halls are all pink. The room keys only open one of the pool security gates - the other doesnt work at all. The pool bar (only good thing about it is they have cheap beer and a nice bar tender) has a huge fish tank in the center that contains zero fish and is green and moldy looking - plus the top is basically falling off. I'm really surprised that a Days Inn would be in this condition. I almost cried when I walked into our room. One positive is It is on the boardwalk which is nice.

Room Tip: Pay the extra money and stay at the Fontainebleau!

Very small room and very old. Very noisy because of the big gap between the floor and the bedromm door. Breakfast is in the basement and il really looks like a basement.
Direct access to the beach wich is nice.
