Many years ago a young, avid cyclist left his native Sardinia to come to America. Fortunately for Neapolitans, his hard work and restaurant skills resulted in a fine dining spot, a little removed from 5th Avenue, but just as nice to relax and hang out. Reverse snobbery at its best. On one side, pizza and a typical Italian red sauce cuisine with an European staff (from Sardinia of course!). On the other half, Gian Luca's, excellent for a light repast, drinks and conversation. And always, Gian Luca, winning everyone over with his excellent offerings an personality.
