We visited SeaWorld on our recent visit to Orlando.
Really good day out the whale & dolphin shows were exceptional and the rollercoasters are probably the best in Orlando without the huge queues you have in other local theme parks.
Well done SeaWorld!!!

We though this park was amazing. The dolphin and killer whale show were so enjoyable they are amazing mammals but beware of the splash zones great fun but you will get wet!! The sea lion show was good but aimed at younger children. This park does not have as much air conditioning as other parks so make sure you get the refillable cup as you will need it and you can also use this at Aquatica. This park felt more relaxed than the Universal parks but felt a lot hotter. The end of night show was great make sure you don't miss it, we went back one night especially to see it. We took snacks into the park. Again just be aware of the "inclement weather" as the rides will shut as well as the shows. We had to go back later for the killer whale show due to lightning. This one of my wife's favorite parks the shows are so so good!

We have visited Seaworld many times and are never disappointed as we love the animals and rides. We'd not been for 3 years, so this time there was also the new Mako ride.

We did visit at peak time (July) but had never experienced as many rides being temporarily closed due to 'technical difficulties' (something we found at many of the parks this year) which could be a little frustrating when planning out your visit but would still revisit in a heartbeat.

We visited because we had tickets included in a Discovery Cove package.
It seems that this park is re-inventing itself with thrill rides etc. to complement and (hopefully) replace the killer whale and dolphin shows.
We watched the killer whale show and it was pretty dated. The sales pitch is that they are saving the oceans which may be the case, although it just seems like a sad relic from a time long past where we genuinely thought these animals may ne happy!
The roller coasters and water rides are far better than anything offered by Disney and on a par with the Universal offering. The park is clean and efficiently organised.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
They charge $22 for the car park which as per Disney and Universal is just profiteering, but I suppose what is good for the goose and all.....
All in all, a good park to visit. I didn't see the Sealion show but have heard it is the best one. I also personally hope that the killer whale show and the dolphin shows will die out as the current stock of animals performing in them do, being replaced by rides as it seems is indeed happening.
