“Fav waterpark”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 March 2012

of all the waterparks I have been to over the years, this is by far my favorite. I have been visiting disney since i was 3 years old. And I always enjoy coming back to this amazing waterpark! Great themes, lots of water slides. Shark Reef is cool.

“wave pool dosen't get any better”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 March 2012

This park has the largest wave pool in the world..last I checked anyway. It will literally push you back even if your standing in water only up to your shins. They have a few cool slides too, but make no mistake about it, this park is known for the wavepool!

“SO MUCH FUN!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 March 2012

If you do Disney, do the water parks, they really are amazing. We were there in the middle of June, with 100 degree weather (it was disgusting). The lines for the slides were about 20-45 min each, in generally shaded/misted areas but nonetheless with toddlers it was a little annoying. It was packed when we were there but we were still able to find some chairs around the main pool area and we got there around 12ish. Get there early, I am sure you'll have a better chance of getting a better seating area than we did. Typhoon Lagoon was overall pretty clean and like all Disney parks, well kept and maintained. The slides and pools were a lot of fun. We didn't get to see all of the park, it is huge and I do wish we would have waited a little until our kids were older, at least 6 or 7, we had a 3 yro and a 5 yro and it was just a little overwhelming at times. But I would still recommend it!

“A pleasant surprise”

I wasn't sure what to expect from Typhoon Lagoon, but it ended up being a great day. The wave pool is incredible and there is so much more to do. Fun in the sun!
