We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids ages 12 & 14. We stayed here for one night (November 17) at the end of our Disney vacation. The fact that the hotel is attached to the Florida Mall was perfect for us. Hubby shopped for an hour and then laid by the pool all afternoon. Daughters shopped for a few hours and then hit the pool. Mom just shopped and shopped. We didn't have a car so the fact that we could all walk back and forth between mall and hotel room was perfect for us. We had a corner room #301 and it was bright and sunny, although the view is drab. The room was clean, and they accommodated us with an early check-in which was nice. The AAA rate made the price very reasonable. I discovered that it is a Best Western Premium hotel, although you won't find a Best Western logo anywhere at all. However, I did book through the BW website and accummulated points for my stay (at least I think so - haven't checked yet). There is no continental breakfast or anything though, so that was a bit disappointing as we had no time before our flight to have a sit-down breakfast in their restaurant. My family enjoyed the pool area and said it was nice. I still don't understand the $18.00 service fee or resort fee tacked on to the nightly rate, but it seems that many of the Orlando hotels are doing this. Be prepared to see that additional $18 charge on your bill. The hotel is relatively close to the airport too, so that was handy. We would stay here again if we return to Orlando and decide to have a shopping day.
