My mom and I needed a place to stay in Orlando for a night. Thank goodness we found the EO inn! We were beyond impressed with the staff, location and the room was AMAZING!! 24 hour coffee and water and endless places to walk and enjoy. Can't wait to go back! Thank you for a job beyond well done:)

stayed here for one night and was not disappointed. great location and the room with two queen beds was SO NICE. i liked the fact that we could walk to the lake and walk to numerous restaurants. 2nd floor balcony very quaint, too.

Room Tip: room with two queen beds has LOTS of space.

We reserved a room for a one night stay while in town celebrating our anniversary. Being florida residents we chose Eo Inn as opposed to a big name hotel chain because we wanted a more quaint vibe. The hotel was quite charming and is in a perfect location. However, the room in which we stayed had a few issues, all of which I brought to the attention to the female on staff a couple hours after check-in. She apologized for the inconvience but proceeded to say that there wasnt anything she could do until the following day, at which point we would already be leaving.
(1) The air conditioner didn't seem to cool the room, even into the night.
(2) The light in the bathroom, (in the shower to be percise), didn't work.
(3) Our bathroom had two sinks, one of them the stopper would not come up at all. The other sink was leaking onto the tile floor.

The issues listed may not seem to be major, however, Florida in the summer and and a broken air conditioner is not ideal. We managed brushing our teeth while in the shower to eliminate the use of the leaking sink. In my opinion a working air condioner, an operational sink, and a light bulb isn't too much to expect for the price we paid for our stay at Eo Inn.

I stayed at Eo Inn, Rm 302, for 8 weeks and loved it. I didn’t feel anonymous here like a large chain. They knew how to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Friendly, knowledgeable staff sent me to wonderful local restaurants. They were responsive to my every concern: when my charger fell out of the outlet, it was changed the next business day; when I needed another amazing, thick towel, immediate response; fax, photocopy – just ask. Clean room with European charm. The lovely walk, briskly, around Lake Eola is far superior to a fitness room. Private balcony to sit and enjoy the outdoor air. Jacuzzi on the roof open 24 hours with substantial white terry robe (Eo Inn insignia). Above all, it is right on the bus route to and from the airport!! Thanks for a great extended stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony

Eo Inn is a nice place to stay. The room I had, which seemed typical, was 205. It was small but not too small. Quite stylish design. Bathroom was quite small although the shower itself was large. If you want to stay right on the edge of the downtown area, in the Thornton District, Eo Inn is great.
Note: Panera Bread has CLOSED.

The EO Inn smelled so bad that the stench latched onto my suitcase and now it smells. We booked three nights and only slept there the first night due to the terrible smell. Since we booked on hotels.com we were out the money of the hotel stay even though we only spent one night in the hotel. The carpet needs a deep cleaning and there were stains on the sheets. The entire hotel must have a problem with mold because the stench greets you as you walk into the lobby, surrounds you as you try to sleep in the uncomfortable bed, and follows you home by attaching itself to your luggage. If you have asthma or any type of lung problem DO NOT STAY HERE!

Small Inn across street from Lake Eola and park. Limited parking. Hot tub on 2nd floor roof. Very few other amenities. Free coffee off lobby. The Panera Bread restaurant at other end if building fronting the park is closing soon so restaurant options are further away. Staff recommends not walking around lake park at night due to homeless hanging out. I agree, there were more early & late in day

Suggestion: get an odd even numbered room. Odds overlook Robinson St & at times traffic noise can be loud
