Front desk very friendly and allowed me to check in early. A nice surprise was the warm cookies they make and give out around 7p!

Room Tip: I did not see if they had a spa nor did I eat breakfast

The hotel is a good place to stay for those visiting Sea World and Aquatica. There is a shuttle available which is conveniant. There is plenty of parking, staff is attentive, microwave, small refrigerator, and room is quiet. there is a nice view from the upper floors too.

What keeps this hotel from being rated higher is that it will not win any awards for room cleanliness. My kids found a beer can under the bed. The base boards in the bathroom has a large collection of stains. The room could benefit from some touch painting. Matress also had some use as it sagged in the middle.

There is no complementary breakfast. Excercise room was nice.

Overall I would stay there again. My family had a nice trip.

Room Tip: The upper floors have a nice view.

My family stayed here for about a week for vacation at the parks nearby and to visit some family members who live in the Orlando area. Our check-in took two seconds, extremely impersonal...never used our name, never acknowledged our needs that were clearly in our reservation. Our room was horrible. Upon entering, one bed was shorter than the other height-wise. Throughout our stay the shorter bed was losing stuffing from somewhere, never did find the source. The other bed was just broken. I went to search under the bed to find a shoe and there was broken wood and little nails coming down. We had to ask for our rollaway that was in the reservation. We had to request extra towels, other than the for provided for our family of 5...everyday! Nobody ever caught on to that basic need. Also in the reservation. Due to our tight schedule we did not have the time to sit around our room waiting for all of this. The pool was nice and well maintained and the breakfast staff, in particular Juan was very accommodating. He always remembered our family. Another special person was our bus driver to Seaworld this past Monday morning...extremely friendly. Other than that, any staff we encountered put their head down or just ignored my family's presence. If you want a place to stay anonymous and are not too particular about your room needing some TLC, this is the place for you. If you are not looking for "service" you'll be good here. The location is good and the shuttle service to the parks is fine. There is a CVS which is right across and convenient. The saying you never get a second chance to make a first impression is so true. We had a more memorable stay at the Hampton Inn in NC...and we were only there 8 hours!!
