Good little place on a corner to eat Cuban food.
There is not a lot of parking, you have to park right next to it or in the street behind.
There is seating inside and outside.
Food quality is good. We tried the beefs-take sandwich and it was pretty good, the media noche sandwich was good as well.
When you go try their pastries, quesitos, croquetas, guava pastries, potato filled with meat! You won’t regret it.
Also don’t forget the cafecito, (Cuban coffee) amazing!!!
Average pastries prices is $1.00 to $1.50.
Sandwiches are around $7.00 to $10.00.
Also if you still got space try their dessert (flan).
Friendly staff.

Not more food, but more flavor. The black beans were lacking flavor. (It's called black bean deli!!!) the Cuban was a typical Cuban, quite dry and nothing to obsess over. And the plantains were dry as well, as if they've been sitting under a heat lamp all day shriveling up. If I want good Cuban/Latin food, I'm making the drive to east/northeast orlando to Rice and Beans Cantina.

Basic Cuban Sandwich done right.
Converted corner gas station. Limited parking. Outside picnic tables. Limited inside seating.
$8.00 plus tax. No chips no black beans no plantains. Just fresh Cuban bread. 1 slice deli park, 3 slices of deli ham, cheese, no pickle but hot pressed just right.
Basic, good, what more do you want? Lower price?

The Black Bean Deli has a wide variety of offerings. All sounded delicious -- it was tough to make a decision. I had the Spanish baked chicken that came with a variety of side dishes. All were very good.
The only negative is that the inside seating area is loud. The surfaces are hard and the kitchen is right there. Outside is more conducive to talking.

Lunch for 4 on a Saturday at 1:00PM. Waited 10 minutes in a line that stretched into the outside area, but moved efficiently and was able to secure an inside table. Group ordered 2 Havana Porks (pictured), a chicken platter, a Cuban Sandwich, and a Papas Rellenos and Tostones to share. All of the food was excellent and was brought to the table shortly after ordering. Nice portions and great flavor for all of the dishes. Also had 2 Jupina sodas, a beer and a bottled water, plus tip all for under $60!
