I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at some top hotels over the years, but I have never experienced such fantastic service as I have at this resort. From the guys around the pool, to the restaurant staff, front desk.. just superb. Nothing is too much trouble, always with a smile and they can’t do enough for you.
The only downside is that we are leaving tomorrow and pretty gutted about that. We will definitely be back.
A particular shout out to the chef who went above and beyond to cater for my picky palate during the new year eve set menu dinner-

I’ve been extremely fortunate to have stayed at some incredible hotels over the years and $ for $ this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The service is phenomenal (staff can’t do enough and always with a smile on their faces), the food fantastic (we stayed over New Year and leave tomorrow), and the rooms just perfect.

I can’t praise the resort high enough and as I said, having been lucky to stay at hotels that would be considered in the top 50 anywhere, this comes out at the very top for my family and I.

Credit to all the staff and management here and I can’t wait for us to come back. It’s just a shame we live so far away in Scotland.

I hadn't been here in 9 years, and they've made some updates. Many beautiful touches in the decor, glassware, flowers. It's such a great hotel. The service (especially in the restaurants, bars and parking) is impeccable. Everyone is kind and helpful. The food is fantastic. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The hotel was fairly full for part of the weekend but the overwhelming vibe was calm and relaxed, which made it the perfect place to escape and enjoy some warm weather and Florida lifestyle.
