Let's get it out of the way - the pizza is real dough hand tossed (not premade crust) and it's hot, good cheese, quality toppings, gooey and greasy - beautiful. Nothing weird in the sauce or on the pie - just honest pizza. Prices are very reasonable. We ordered a 16" pepperoni and it was piping hot and delicious. The 16" was larger than most large pizzas I've had in town - larger than a Mellow Mushroom large (which was $25). Fountain drinks were good and they weren't price gouging (Not here but paid $2.99 for a soda at another place - again not this one).
The staff was friendly and ironically from NYC (they know what NY pizza is supposed to taste like). The place had a pizza hole in the wall joint vibe and you could tell took pride in their food. We didn't have to wait beyond what a pizza takes to cook - They asked if we liked it and we said we sure did! We were going to order a calzone to go but the pizza was so big that we had 1/2 left and boxed it up and took it home.
Hey anyone who serves rigatoni in an aluminum tin with oven melted bubbly cheese on top really gets my vote!
Use the tip jar! We will be back - soon!! Best so far in PCB and we've tried several of them...this one is a keeper.
