We have enjoyed the Deck Down Under for years and it's still really good. We had crab cakes with onion rings and a side of conch fritters. Mostly fried but not too greasy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Located under the Dunlawton causeway. Give it a try when in Port Orange.

We visit Daytona several times a year and always have either lunch or dinner at Down Under. This is a great place to bring friends for the first time. Great view of the river and usually see dolphins. Wonderful food and big portions.

We eat here every time we are in Daytona, the sea food was delicious service was excellent, it helps to go on off times then its not so crazy. Ordering is different you have to place your order at the counter, pay then get your drinks and find a seat. It's a very relaxed atmosphere you over look the river and the windows are all open so you get the cool air coming in. Bring a jacket just in case. It is a hidden treasure under the the bridge. Pretend you are taking the bridge and go to the right just at the bridge entrance its just down the road. It's nothing fancy by any means but we always have a god time.

We had a very long wait it was on a Saturday night. It was crazy crowdedand there was a lot of confusion. When we finally got our food it was just fair. The attraction is that it is on the river and there's outside and inside dining.

My wife had the Shrimp and Grits twice. I had the hamburger and the blackened fish sandwich. Both were huge! We eat here for lunch and dinner. Great views from their decks which wrap around 2 sides of the building. Sandwich baskets were $10 average, most dinners were $15 average. All steamed fresh crab legs, shrimp, etc was market price. Beer was $9 a pitcher. Great place with tasty fresh food!
