Right off St. George Street! Easy walk to almost everything. Breakfast was incredible and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Felt like we were regulars. Small rooms, but rarely in them--VERY CLEAN and cozy with soft, comfortable decor. The whole feel was very relaxing. Truly one of the most enjoyable and memorable places we've stayed. Can't wait to go back.

If you're looking for a bed and breakfast with southern hospitality this is the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the cozy reception area to the comfy room. The Innkeeper, Gordon, was very professional & the owner Darlene mingled with the guests making sure everything was perfect. Our room was clean, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful and the location convenient to St. George Street. Can't wait to visit again!

I have never written a review before but I feel like this is one of the best places we have stayed in a while. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so very friendly. The rooms are amazingly decorated and the beds are super comfortable. We had a jacuzzi in the room and it was awesome and relaxing. We enjoyed 2 mornings of a 2 course gourmet breakfast. We felt like we were literally eating at a 5 star + restaurant!! There was coffee and water all day with cookies and snacks. The location is perfect. One block over from st.george street puts you right in the middle of the historic downtown. Highly recommend it and hope to stay again. Thank you so much

Stayed 3 nights / 4 days for our anniversary and wife's birthday. This was our first experience with a B&B. LOVED IT! The staff was warm, friendly and ensured our time there was special. Located just a few steps from the shops on St. George making it convenient to almost everything. The room was quaint and inviting and despite being close to local bars the noise was not a bother when it was time to turn in. We will DEFINITELY be coming back and staying (we've already picked out our next few rooms we want to experience)!!!

First off let me say that we absolutely loved the Agustin Inn. The location is second to none. The room was extremely clean and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I liked the fact that when we got there the doors to all the rooms were open so that we could check out all the other rooms (unless it was occupied of course). We were on the first floor in the back of the house sharing an entrance with 3 other rooms. Could hear some music noise from bar next door but they usually stopped by 11:00. Loved the fact that they had coffee available at all hours. Parking is a few blocks away but that was fine as we never needed our car. The map to the parking lot was a little confusing and we almost parked in the wrong lot which would have been a disaster, luckily some nice local saw my confusion and directed me to the proper lot. Breakfast was very good with 2 courses. Loved the eggs benedict the best, but the warm blueberry soup was a close second.

There were a couple of areas that could use improvement though. The biggest problem was that for our group of 4 rooms there was only one thermostat in the hallway that controlled the temperature for all 4 rooms. If there was someone who liked their room cold (like us) and another party that liked theirs warm I could see where it could be a huge problem controlling the temperature. The only other slight issue was that there was no light over our bathtub/shower and it was quite dark when trying to shower.

We really enjoyed our weekend in St. Augustine and we will definitely come back to the Agustin Inn, hopefully very soon.
