Very nice. Two concerns. Put a luggage cart in building 2. Long walk. Breakfasts $12. Really? Most hotels entice with breakfast included

Clean hotel pleasant staff. There are no frills here and it is expensive for what you get. However we had an unpleasant experience at another area hotel so we were just happy with a clean, quiet room. Good location, 1 km walk to beginning of old Town. Outdoor Pool is a nice feature. 2 free shows were included in our booking but the show is not operating. They gave us drink vouchers instead which we were told we could use for a free speciality coffee, but the person who makes the coffee was never working. That was a bit strange. Couldn't front desk or restaurant staff be trained to make a coffee? Free regular coffee was offered in the lobby mornings only, no real cream though. Breakfast at cost again expensive and not worth the money.
Excellent guest service
Even though they don’t do the daily room service at this time. The staff is amazing and each time we asked for anything they were right there. Our ice machine was out on our floor and the minute I asked they were there to fix the problem. That’s customer service !!
Just got back from a recent stay here on a vacation. Upon arrival we were really impressed with the cleanliness and the friendly check-in. We had a large suite type room with plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed the free bottled water everyday! The staff should be applauded for the excellent job they did during our stay. The staff at the front desk were always there to help with any questions we had, gave us great recommendations and were so friendly always welcoming us back, asking how our day went, etc. The breakfast buffet in the morning is pretty good too and is all you can eat for an additional charge $12 for adults and less for kids, I don't remember the exact amount. We also really enjoyed the free shuttle they have that will take you downtown and all they ask is that you tip the driver each time you use the service which is really great. Even though the hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the Old City, the shuttle is a great service they offer. Overall it was a great hotel and the staff are a great asset to the hotel.
I recently stayed at this hotel for a school trip - took a 5th grade class for an educational trip. The hotel is very clean and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful! The rooms are huge!!! I would definitely come back here again. If you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the historical district, but still be close, this is a great and affordable option.
