We so enjoyed the Sebastian mostly because of the great staff! From check in to check out they accommodated our every need (with a smile)!! Russel actually went that extra mile! Would definitely return!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They were not cleaning the rooms during the stay at the time of our visit. I think a cleaning, upon request, should be available. I understand many hotels are short-staffed right now. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I recommend that you request the water side of the hotel because traffic on the other side can be noisy. I did make a request for the water side during my reservation, and they were able to accommodate me. They do provide a free shuttle service which is awesome and so easy to use! We used it a lot!

Beautiful, spacious & clean room. My husband & I enjoyed 5 nights there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They can arrange transportation for you to visit the old town & your trolley tickets. You can get a shuttle or walk there. It’s at great location!

Very nice. Two concerns. Put a luggage cart in building 2. Long walk. Breakfasts $12. Really? Most hotels entice with breakfast included
Beautiful rooms. Nice view. Friendly reception
Would return. Like being away from hubbub and nice to get to downtown with services

Clean hotel pleasant staff. There are no frills here and it is expensive for what you get. However we had an unpleasant experience at another area hotel so we were just happy with a clean, quiet room. Good location, 1 km walk to beginning of old Town. Outdoor Pool is a nice feature. 2 free shows were included in our booking but the show is not operating. They gave us drink vouchers instead which we were told we could use for a free speciality coffee, but the person who makes the coffee was never working. That was a bit strange. Couldn't front desk or restaurant staff be trained to make a coffee? Free regular coffee was offered in the lobby mornings only, no real cream though. Breakfast at cost again expensive and not worth the money.
Room tip: Don't bother buying breakfast it isn't worth it. Given the quality of local hotels this is expensive but not bad.

Excellent guest service
Even though they don’t do the daily room service at this time. The staff is amazing and each time we asked for anything they were right there. Our ice machine was out on our floor and the minute I asked they were there to fix the problem. That’s customer service !!
Room tip: The parking is adequate but the road out front can be tricky so plan your trips accordingly
