We were traveling with our dog and this hotel was a last minute choice. There was a restaurant on site so I was happy I wouldn’t have to go out to get dinner. This is right on US 1 and difficult to get to. The restaurant was closed however…only open for breakfast and cost $13.00. They are very security conscious with signs everywhere so I was concerned about that. The room was fine, it appeared clean but the corridor had a horrible smell. The staff were all very nice but it took me several days to get a copy of my hotel bill and I think I have been overcharged. I would not stay here again.

I am only giving this a 2 due to the beds. They were so uncomfortable that one night I slept on the couch. We left a day early only due to the uncomfortable beds. The staff were great. Place was clean. The pool and whirlpool were nice. We didn’t eat breakfast or take advantage of the coffee bar. There are some good restaurants near.

So gross! I found blood spots and a bed bug on our 5th room fold out couch mattress, then when we asked for a room change, and got a second floor room there were still spots on the mattress cover on the pull out , a tell tale sign of bed bug infestation. The front desk told us “ We’re not the kind of place that has bed bugs” and refused to give us a refund without a manager when we left late at night with our young child. I can assure you that there are. I wish I had taken photos m, but we wanted to get everything put as soon as possible. I will never stay at this disgusting place again and am highly suspect of any Radison property at this point. I am very disappointed since it seemed like such a lovely property otherwise. I would give 0 if could based on the experience of not getting an refund after 2 bad rooms.
