The room was exceptionally small, but that was expected. It didn't have lamps, just terrible floresent overhead lights. I was turned off by a homeless woman napping in the second floor lounge, who we later discovered was a front desk employee. (???) Breakfast wasn't great, even by free continental standards. They continuously ran out of items and the coffee machine was broken. The kicker was the manager who completely disregarded our do not disturb sign and banged on our door looking a lost luggage cart while we were sleeping. Serious mgmt issues at this location. I'd pick someplace else if you are going to St Augustine on vacation.
